Job description:
In this role, you will be the liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring each vehicle receives the necessary maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally. If you have a passion for automotive service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their service needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
- Write clear and accurate repair orders and estimates based on customer concerns and technician inspections.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Upsell additional services and preventative maintenance when appropriate, based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and vehicle repairs.
- Ensure a clean and organized service desk area.
- Stay up to date on vehicle recalls, service bulletins, and dealership promotions.
Qualifications:
- Service writing experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Tekion an advantage
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
