Currently, we are hiring a Service Advisor at both of our Virginia stores, Waschke Family Chrysler and Ken Waschke Auto Plaza in Virginia.
As a Service Advisor you are fostering relationships with customers. Combining your exceptional people skills with your ability to multi-task. You'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
RESPONSIBILITIES, include but not limited to:
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions.
- Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times.
- Oversee and participate in quality control.
- Submitting warranty claims to manufacturer and third party warranty companies.
Qualifications and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor/Writer (preferred not required)
- Previous experience working in a Dealership or vehicle repair shop (preferred not required)
- Previous experience submitting warranty claims (preferred not required)
- Must have exceptional verbal, written, and computer skills
- Must have a friendly up-beat attitude and be a team player
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance
- Must have a strong customer service mentality
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must have a willingness to learn
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
