We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/ E-Commerce Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting online store operations, managing high volume digital merchandising (product listings), processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between our warehouse and customers. Knowledge of automobile parts or mechanical components is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on online sales platforms (eBay, etc.).
- Create, edit, and optimize product descriptions, photos, pricing, and inventory details.
- Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and online listings.
- Work with warehouse staff to verify parts condition, SKU information, and availability.
- Provide administrative support such as generating invoices, filing documents, and updating spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Basic ability to use a camera or smartphone to take clear, well-lit product photographs.
- Customer service or administrative experience.
- Effective communication, organizational. and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with merchandise listing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of automobile parts or mechanical components.
- Basic computer proficiency (uploading images, Outlook, Excel, order systems, etc.).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs. when preparing or inspecting parts.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.
