Fred Frederick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced and driven Desk Manager to lead our showroom sales operations. This key leadership role focuses on managing staff, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences, all while driving dealership growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage showroom staff to meet and exceed sales goals
- Oversee deal structuring and guide team members to successful sales closes
- Monitor and coach Product Specialists to ensure proper execution of the sales process
- Engage directly with customers, qualifying their needs and delivering tailored presentations
- Audit and manage CRM data and ensure accurate customer follow-up
- Oversee inventory display standards and assigned inventory management tasks
- Prospect new business opportunities to expand dealership reach
- Collaborate with Finance Specialists and assist in sales functions when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership success
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
- Previous automotive sales experience required, 2-3 years
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams
- Self-starter with high motivation for success
- Ability to follow processes while driving continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in math and finance with sharp attention to detail
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends with balanced scheduling
