Toyota of Wichita Falls is seeking a proven, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and elevate the customer experience. This is an opportunity for a high-level automotive professional to step into a leadership role with strong support, inventory, and growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed goals
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, gross, and volume
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and ensure profitability
- Manage daily sales operations including CRM activity, follow-up, and pipeline
- Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
- Partner with marketing to maximize lead conversion and showroom traffic
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and dealership reputation
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience (required)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong desking and closing skills
- Experience with CRM systems (eLead, VinSolutions, or similar)
- Leadership mindset with the ability to develop and hold a team accountable
- High energy, strong communication, and a competitive drive to win
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
