Toyota of Wichita Falls is seeking a proven, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and elevate the customer experience. This is an opportunity for a high-level automotive professional to step into a leadership role with strong support, inventory, and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed goals
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, gross, and volume
Desk deals, structure transactions, and ensure profitability
Manage daily sales operations including CRM activity, follow-up, and pipeline
Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
Partner with marketing to maximize lead conversion and showroom traffic
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and dealership reputation
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of automotive sales management experience (required)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong desking and closing skills
Experience with CRM systems (eLead, VinSolutions, or similar)
Leadership mindset with the ability to develop and hold a team accountable
High energy, strong communication, and a competitive drive to win
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
