Schedule Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
*Checking customers in/out for service work
*Answering service phone calls and scheduling appointments
*Effectively write ROs that make sense to both the techs and the customers
*Update Repair Orders with good tech notes
*Accurately quote repairs to the customer
*Quality inspect repairs before releasing it to the customers
*Follow-up and Documentation

*Some overtime may be required based on situations
