Job Overview
Silver Auto in Frankfort is looking to bring on a SUPERSTAR! We are looking for an experienced salesperson and/or manager to get us to our goals. We are open for all levels of experience; Used Car Managers, Sales Managers, General Sales Managers, Finance Managers and /or Sales People. If you have heard of Silver or have done some research on the Company and it seems like a fit for you; give us a call to chat. Currently we have over 240+ affordable used cars for sale, in a great town. We look for long term and great people to join our team. We sell the inventory that most dealers want; rare and sub $15K!

Duties

You may wear a few different hats; but it keeps the day moving.
Pay is a commission pay plan; consistent with other dealers. If you have a network or connections, commit to the CRM, go above and beyond, the pay will be on the higher end of that scale. If a newer to the business, the pay may be more average.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with a solid understanding of retail math and organizational skills.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a broader customer base.
Familiarity with CRM software systems and inventory control processes is essential.
Experience with dealership operations, inventory management, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills paired with effective public speaking abilities to confidently present vehicles and close deals.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills.
