As our online business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced leader to manage and scale our in-house eCommerce department.
Job Overview
Paragon Honda is seeking an experienced Honda Parts eCommerce Manager to lead our on-site eCommerce team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily online parts operations, managing staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate has strong Honda parts knowledge, proven management experience, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage an on-site Honda parts eCommerce team
- Oversee daily operations including order processing, customer service, and fulfillment
- Ensure accurate Honda OEM parts identification using EPCs and VIN-based lookups
- Manage product listings, pricing strategy, promotions, and catalog accuracy
- Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, margins, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with the Parts, Service, and Warehouse teams
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Drive growth through process improvements, marketplace expansion, and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing an automotive or parts eCommerce operation
- Strong knowledge of Honda OEM parts and dealership parts workflows
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing staff
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Honda dealership parts management experience
- Experience scaling dealership parts eCommerce sales
- Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and marketplace selling (eBay, Amazon)
- Experience with dealership DMS systems
