Kindle AutoPlaza is looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Sublet Body Shop Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing department while working in one of the best environments in the automotive business.In this role, you will be the point person for all sublet body repair work, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from estimate to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Write accurate repair estimates for customers
Manage insurance claims from start to finish
Handle supplements and communicate with insurance adjusters
Track and collect insurance payments
Coordinate repairs with our partner body shops
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Ensure timely completion and high-quality results
This position is ideal for:

What We’re Looking For:
Previous autobody experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple repairs and timelines
Team-oriented mindset
Experience with estimating systems (CCC, Summit, CDK preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience
Range in salary is due to Experience
Guaranteed income for up to 6 months
Six-figure earning potential, with higher income highly attainable
