Automotive Express Detailer Job Summary:
The RipTide Car Wash is seeking experienced and motivated automotive detailers to join our dynamic detailing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and finishing tasks to ensure our customers’ vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
Automotive Express Detailer Job Compensation & Benefits:
· Starting Pay:$15 per hr plus tips on all completed work. This compensation model is designed to reward performance and provide opportunities for additional earnings potential over time.
Automotive Express Detailer Job Responsibilities:
· Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using various products and techniques.
· Apply protective finishes to enhance and preserve the appearance of vehicle exteriors.
· Conduct detailed inspections to ensure every step of the cleaning process is completed accurately.
· Address customer questions regarding car detailing services.
· Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Automotive Express Detailer Job Requirements:
· Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred, though not mandatory.
· Ability to perform manual labor and remain on your feet for extended periods.
· Strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Flexibility to work varied shifts based on staffing needs.
· Commitment to complying with all company policies and procedures.
· Proficiency with a range of car cleaning products and tools.
