Goodhood is a venture-backed mobile car repair company serving both consumers and fleet customers. Backed by leading investors, including the founder of Netflix and the founder of TrueCar, we’re building a fast, customer-first automotive service platform.
Role Overview
You will be the only Manager working remote with all autonomy & freedom without any micro-management. No people problems, just working directly with the founder & building a big brand together.
Your #1 Priority: To book Jobs for Technicians
- Expect to spend ~70% of your time on the phone with customers, scheduling services, and coordinating with technicians.
- Other ~ 30% will be admin work related to customers.
- You’ll also support field technicians to ensure accountability and smooth operations.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and schedule services
- Coordinate with technicians to fulfill bookings efficiently
- Manage and grow relationships with fleet customers
