You Will Oversee:
Service Department
- Drive Effective Labor Rate
- Increase Hours Per RO
- Eliminate comebacks
- Maximize technician productivity & proficiency
- Own CSI & retention strategy
- Recruit and grow our technicians
Parts Department
- Inventory turn & obsolescence control
- Matrix pricing execution
- Wholesale growth opportunities
- Ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
Body Shop
- Insurance relationships
- Cycle time reduction
- High-quality repairs
- Strong DRP performance
