Our strong and growing automotive dealership group is looking for a leader in variable operations. Must be a leader, coach and full team player. This individual MUST love the industry and the customers. This store is very driven to provide all customers regardless of credit the highest level of customer service.
Job Duties include:
- Running the day to day operations of variable operations- sales and finance.
- Setting goals for each member of your team and helping them achieve them.
- Working with sales team members to ensure proper handling of all dealership customers.
- Training the sales team on dealership processes.
- Working with customers to answer questions about the sales process and overcome objections.
- Working with finance team to ensure dealership goals are met.
- Working to make sure all opportunities are explored with every customer.
- Working effectively with the service department to ensure both internal and external customers are handled properly.
- Ensuring factory mandates are met.
- Ensuring all team members are current on any and all franchise training/certification required.
- Ability to review data and make business decisions based on facts.
Skills Need to Succeed:
- Stable employment history
- Proven track record in sales
- Positive attitude to work with customers with damaged credit
- Prior Special Finance/Subprime experience required
- Outstanding closing skills
- Motivated to achieve individual goals as well as lead team to achieve goals
- Ability to coach and train sales personnel to maximize every lead opportunity
- 5 years of GSM experience preferred.
