NexGen Motors is an independent used car dealership in Lindon, UT and we operate differently than the places you've probably worked before.

We're a tight team with a clear mission: give people in our community an honest place to buy a car. Now we need a Sales Manager who gets that and who can lead a team to execute it every day.
Responsibilities
The Role
You'll own the sales floor. That means leading our sales team, managing the pipeline, coaching deal structure, and making sure every customer interaction reflects our standard. You'll work closely with ownership on inventory strategy, pricing, and growth goals.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be in it — mentoring, modeling, and holding the line on quality when it matters.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a small but hungry sales team
Oversee deal structure from initial contact through finance and delivery
Collaborate with ownership on inventory acquisition, pricing, and turn strategy
Hold the team accountable to our customer experience standards — not just close rates
Step in and work deals directly when the moment calls for it
Track metrics, identify gaps, and bring solutions — not just problems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales — management experience strongly preferred
- A leadership style built on accountability, not fear
- Sharp instincts on deal structure, lender relationships, and used car margins
- The ability to read people — customers and team members alike
- High integrity. This one isn't negotiable.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, independent environment where you have real ownership
- Strong communication skills and a low tolerance for drama
Pay: $96,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
