Chevrolet Dealership | Fixed Operations Leadership
Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000.
Holm Automotive Center is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Service Director to lead our Chevrolet Fixed Ops Department. This is a key leadership role for a proven fixed‑operations professional who knows how to build teams, drive results, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
The Service Director is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and leadership of the Service Department. This includes hiring, people development, shop operations, CSI, GM compliance, and financial results. This position works closely with ownership, Parts, and Sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop, Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
- Drive shop efficiency, productivity, and repair quality
- Improve CSI, customer retention, and service reputation
- Manage service financial performance, ELR, and labor sales
- Ensure full compliance with GM/Chevrolet warranty and service standards
- Oversee recalls, campaigns, and warranty performance
- Create accountability, process discipline, and a positive service culture
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of dealership service leadership experience (GM preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Chevrolet / GM service operations and warranty P&P
- Proven ability to lead people and improve fixed-ops results
- Financial and operational discipline
- Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
- Hands‑on leadership style — present, engaged, and accountable
- Committed to meaningful and professional relationship with staff and our clients.
