Detailer Shop Manager
This position consists of, but is not limited to, the following:
- Perform and/or supervise all functions relating to the effective operations of the detail shop including the review, continuously, of the general business climate for the store.
- Adjust staffing, materials, and inventories as needed.
- Maintain the facilities of the detail shop to produce high-quality service.
- Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints establishing conclusions promptly.
- Perform opening and closing duties daily.
- Safe driving on dealership premises.
- Detailing used inventory, prepping cars for the lot, and cleaning cars up for delivery. This is a working management position.
- Inspection of each vehicle processed through detail and maintaining proper documentation.
- Other tasks as assigned by Teph Seal management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A MINIMUM of 1 or more years of management/leadership. (Preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must possess automotive detailing experience if the candidate has relative management experience.)
- A MINIMUM of 1 or more years of automotive detailing experience. (Preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must possess strong management or leadership experience if the candidate has relative automotive detailing experience.)
- The ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- The ability to demonstrate good judgment.
- Neat and professional appearance.
