The Company: Prime Auto USA is an independent used car dealership located in Jackson, TN with a full sales team, finance team, client success team and service team with a total of just under 40 employees and selling just under 60 cars per month. We provide automotive reconditioning to cars that are being prepared to sell as well as on-going repairs with our VSC-Vehicle Service Contract and customer pay work.

We are not your typical car dealership we are looking for people who want to work in a fun environment and be team players!

Job Description:

A Sales Specialist is someone who is energetic, out-going and loves to socially interact. We will teach you how to do the following:

Build your own brand.
Overcome ANY objections and close the sale.
Generate high quality leads.
Properly set reasonable expectations with customers.
Assist others in our team to have success - TEAM WORK IS A MUST!

Here are some typical tasks you will do regularly:

Show up on time and ready to give your all each day.
Market for new customers.
Follow up with current leads and respond to customers.
Market and create leads, schedule appointments and follow up with them until they convert to a sale or the lead goes cold.
