Experienced Automotive Subaru, Hyundai or Kia Service Advisor
Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
Primary responsibilities for this role:
- Greet customers promptly.
- Complete a proper walk-around with the customer in our service lane.
- Collect vehicle information.
- Secure the customer agreement before repairs are done.
- Clearly explain the requested service on the repair order.
- VIDEO MULTI-POINT Inspection reviewed with each customers visit.
- Estimate the cost and time needed for the repairs requested.
- Advise customers on the proper vehicle needs and the importance of care and maintenance.
- Communicate with the need for additional service using a detailed explanation.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and communicate to Management when there is a concern.
- Check the vehicle during servicing and contact the customer regarding any changes to the car to estimate or repair time.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
