Responsibilities:

· Schedule service appointments

· Track progress of repairs

· Provide estimates

· Maintain service records

· Develop a solid relationship with customers

Requirements:

Automotive knowledge required.
Customer Service experience required.
Must have strong willingness to learn and grow.
Desire to provide complete customer satisfaction at all times.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
