Qualifications:
- Automotive Service BDC Management Experience
- Available to work 5 days a week (alternating Saturdays)
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to.
- Appointments - Appointments - Appointments
- Measure and maintain performance levels set by the company
- Compile all necessary reports on a timely basis
- Analyze statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Manage employee schedules and time clock reporting
- Assist in the training of the BDC Reps
- Report on team and individual performance
- Hiring, evaluating, managing, and counseling of all BDC personnel
- Effectively utilize CRM and Lead Management tools
- Be knowledgeable about sales/service process, business philosophy, and products
- Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures
- The ability to multi task.
- Must be efficient with computers.
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Setting appointments.
- Routing inbound calls and appointments to the correct employees.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about the Customer concerns.
- Promote Teamwork to deliver on time and accurate customer care during all operating hours.
- Participates in training, following safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
