Puklich Chevrolet GMC is looking for a driven, organized and forward-thinking General Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales department in Valley City, North Dakota.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily sales department operations
- Recruit, train and develop sales staff
- Oversee desking and deal structure
- Help drive finance and profitability performance
- Maintain CRM accountability and sales processes
- Work closely with leadership to improve department growth and efficiency
- Create a strong customer-focused sales environment
- Monitor inventory performance and sales objectives
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
- Ability to develop people and processes
- Automotive sales and/or finance experience is preferred, but not required
