We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our team specializing in Ford vehicles. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, enjoys working with people, and is driven to achieve sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget
- Demonstrate knowledge of Ford models, features, performance, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle capabilities and technology
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in a professional and transparent manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, inventory, and market trends
- Complete all required paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and legal standards
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
