Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customers receive excellent service while supporting the office team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone (inbound and outbound), proactive in solving problems, and eager to learn new systems and tools.
This is not a high-volume call center — it’s a growing family-owned business where you’ll play a key role in customer communication, scheduling, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Support office staff by handling customer calls, emails, and messages.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, schedule services, and support customers (not cold calling).
- Assist with sales-related tasks, including presenting service options and upselling when appropriate.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates in company systems.
- Help create and update SOPs to improve office efficiency.
- Provide daily updates to leadership and dig into unanswered questions until resolved.
- Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support marketing projects and online presence (experience a plus, willingness to learn is valued).
Requirements:
- Customer service or call center experience (required).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and not afraid of sales conversations.
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new software and tools.
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive, optimistic attitude and accountability in all tasks.
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, including willingness to use AI and other tools to find answers.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
