We are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager for our new car dealership. This role is focused on maximizing backend profit, structuring deals, and ensuring fast, clean funding.
Responsibilities
- Present finance options and sell backend products
- Secure lender approvals and structure deals
- Ensure deals are accurate and capped within 24 hours
- Maintain compliance and strong lender relationships
Requirements
- Automotive F&I experience required
- Strong closing and deal structuring ability
- Detail-oriented with high accountability
