Oakley Auto World, 35 year family owned business located in Branson West, has a is EXPANDING and has a rare opening for a Service Advisor at our Retail Service Center.
We have extremely good technicians, a beautiful facility, amazing culture and are growing at an amazing rate. We pride ourselves on cleanliness in our business movements, facilities and atmosphere. One of our core values of being at Oakley Auto World is the knowledge that "We Sell Cars!".
This position will be the cornerstone to communicate and facilitate wants and needs of customers vehicles through premium communication skills, empathy and maximizing the commodities of time and money.
We currently utilize Dealer Track and X-time. This role we will cross train in parts and other aspects of fixed operations - and in some cases variable ops. We believe heavily in promotion from within the company and a moto of "Next Man (Woman) Up!" stands heavy in fixed operations. Our mission has been the same since day one; serve our community while upholding integrity, respect, and accurate data to those who choose us for their needs.
