Don Franklin Collision Center in London, KY is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer & Janitorial to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles, body shop facilities, and surrounding areas. Your efforts will ensure our environment remains inviting and professional, while also providing outstanding customer service through thorough vehicle detailing and janitorial duties. Pay will be based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants MUST have a valid driver's license - a motor vehicle record review will be done prior to hiring.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle cleaning including washing, vacuuming, interior detailing, buffing, etc
- Conduct routine car washes using professional equipment to ensure vehicles are spotless and ready for customer delivery or display
- Maintain dealership facilities by performing janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
- Support customer service by ensuring vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and presented in the best possible condition
- Operate driving equipment safely when moving vehicles within the lot or service areas
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and detailing procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
