Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with parking their vehicles promptly and courteously.
- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
- Manage parking lot flow efficiently by directing vehicles to available spaces and retrieving them upon request.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and addressing guest needs professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring safety standards are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality, dealership, delivery driving, or retail environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic retail math calculations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods; physical stamina is essential.
