Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washes using high-quality equipment and techniques to achieve a spotless finish
- Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, cleaning carpets, upholstery, dashboards, and windows to perfection
- Apply buffing and polishing techniques to enhance vehicle paintwork and restore shine
- Conduct window tinting services with precision, ensuring a smooth, professional appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including washing bays and detailing stations, adhering to safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring satisfaction with each vehicle
- Assist with janitorial duties as needed to keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and customers
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in car wash operations or auto detailing is highly preferred
- Knowledge of detailing techniques such as buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic janitorial or custodial experience to maintain cleanliness standards in work areas
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for moving vehicles when necessary
- Familiarity with window tinting procedures and tools is a plus
