Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to discuss financing options.
- Review credit applications and supporting documentation.
- Submit loan packages to multiple lenders.
- Follow up with lenders to obtain approvals and conditions.
- Collect and organize income, employment, and asset documentation.
- Communicate financing requirements to customers.
- Track applications from submission through funding.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and lender portals.
- Assist customers with land-home, home-only, and cash transactions.
- Coordinate with sales staff, installers, and management to keep deals moving.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable lending and dealership regulations.
- Monitor approval ratios, funding timelines, and deal status reports.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Finance, lending, banking, mortgage, automotive finance, RV finance, or manufactured housing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with lender portals, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
