Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct in-depth vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Skills
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse client bases are highly valued
- Excellent organizational skills for managing a robust sales pipeline and multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes
- Effective public speaking skills for presenting vehicles at events or dealership promotions
- Outbound sales experience including cold calling and marketing outreach strategies
- Customer service expertise combined with retail math skills for accurate calculations and deal structuring
- Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while collaborating effectively with team members
- Strong organizational skills to handle inventory control, retail math calculations, and follow-up activities efficiently

Pay: $46,940.19 - $56,530.13 per year
