Gene Steffy Ford is currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer to join our Auto Dealership. Prior Auto Service Writing experience is required.
Qualifications:
- Prior Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer or Customer service experience
- Prior Auto Dealership experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, start work order for oil changes and light maintenance
- prepare repairs for warranty submission
- Recommend repairs found by technician to customer
- Set appointments
- Ensure that all documentation of work performed and recommended are detailed on the work order
- Understand and comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to cleaning fluids, paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Report any deviations to management.
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
