What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the shop. You’ll bridge the gap between our world-class technicians and our valued customers.
- Consultative Sales: Enthusiastically greet customers and advise them on vehicle needs with 100% integrity—no "upselling" for the sake of it, just doing what’s right.
- Operational Excellence: Source parts, build accurate estimates, and manage job tickets through our CRM (experience with MyShopManager is a huge plus!).
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the Store Manager to assign work, audit inspections, and keep the shop floor humming.
- Customer Advocacy: Manage the "little things" that make a big difference—arranging loaner cars, providing status updates, and resolving concerns with a positive attitude.
Who You Are
- A Communicator: You listen more than you talk and can explain complex repairs in simple terms.
- A Closer: You have 3+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of hitting KPIs.
- A Professional: You show up ready to "Knock It Out of the Park," sporting a clean, professional appearance.
- Experienced: You have at least 4 years of high-level customer service experience. Automotive background or technical knowledge is preferred, but your drive is what matters most.
The Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Experience in a leadership or goal-oriented role.
