Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients through outbound sales efforts, cold calling, and online engagement.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and upselling opportunities.
- Oversee inventory control and inventory management processes to optimize product availability and presentation.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, analyze sales data, and support ongoing sales support initiatives.
- Deliver engaging public speaking presentations at dealership events or community outreach programs to promote high-end vehicle offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, including phone etiquette, customer service standards, and automotive sales regulations.
- Support the dealership’s outbound marketing campaigns by coordinating with marketing teams to enhance visibility across digital platforms.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, including deal documentation, financing arrangements, and F&I products sold.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership experience with a strong understanding of automobile sales processes.
- Demonstrated success in new and pre-owned vehicle sales environments with a focus on upselling and customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills in multiple languages preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, retail sales techniques, and organizational skills necessary for efficient operations.
- Ability to excel in public speaking engagements and represent the dealership professionally at events or community functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence and phone etiquette.
