Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Texas. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, contributing to our mission of being the best in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs.
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications * Proven experience in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in service writing and auto estimating preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus.
