This position plays a vital role in supporting dealership operations by maintaining the appearance of motorcycles and facilities, assisting service technicians, and safely transporting motorcycles as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Detail, wash, polish, and prepare new and pre-owned motorcycles to dealership standards
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of motorcycles, the service department, showroom, and dealership grounds
- Safely transport, load, unload, and relocate motorcycles throughout the dealership, and service areas
- Perform motorcycle deliveries and customer pickups as required
- Provide courteous, professional customer service during all customer interactions
- Support dealership events, promotions, and daily operations as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Valid Motorcycle ("M") endorsement required
- Ability to safely operate motorcycles and dealership vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to receive and follow directions effectively
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous detailing, powersports, automotive, or dealership experience is helpful but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
