Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services, focusing on oil changes, while ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly
- Screening phone calls to filter out lube scheduling, and turning other calls to another advisor/manager
- Write up and close out oil changes
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process
- Handle cash/card transactions, process payments accurately, and manage service writing documentation efficiently
Experience
- Previous dealership experience preferred, but will train the right person
- General mechanical understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, shocks & struts, and air brake systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving
