Southgate Automotive is looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our team. Southgate Automotive is a busy and fast growing shop with a rapidly growing car count. Our number one goal above all else is taking care of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be able to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other staff members. The Service Advisors will attend a 6 month training course on how to be the very best at your job and teach you how to conquer objections, increase sales, review KPI’s and provide the best customer service. We have a very competitive pay plan. Salary plus commission. NO CAP EVER!!! We want to write you a bigger and bigger check every time!!!

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information.
- Provide accurate estimates for service and repair work.
- Schedule customer appointments for service and repair work.
- Communicate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Provide customers with information on warranties, service policies, and product recalls.
- Process payments for services rendered.
