Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (VSC, GAP, protection plans)
- Structure deals and secure lender approvals
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines
- Maintain strong product penetration and profitability
- Deliver a professional and efficient customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
- Strong closing skills and product knowledge
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
Automotive Sales Manager
Seeking a hands-on leader who can desk deals, drive performance, and develop a winning sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum gross
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff to hit volume and profit goals
- Manage CRM activity, lead follow-up, and sales processes
- Work closely with F&I to ensure seamless deal flow
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dealership Sales Manager experience required
- Strong desking and closing abilities
- Proven track record of hitting sales and gross targets
- Leadership mindset with ability to develop teams
