Minuteman Collision is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Blueprinter for our Boutiette's Auto Body location in Tewksbury, MA to develop accurate, complete repair plans that support efficient shop production. This role focuses on damage analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technicians to ensure every repair starts with a solid blueprint.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed teardown analysis and document all structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify all visible and hidden damage.
- Perform pre-scans to document any existing fault codes before any repairs begin
- Build accurate repair plans and estimates using CCC One
- Capture photos, notes, and supporting documentation for all repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to validate repair methods and identify supplemental damage
- Create accurate parts lists and work closely with the Parts team
- Communicate with Customer Experience Estimator regarding supplements, documentation, and repair requirements
- Ensure all repair plans follow OEM repair procedures and shop standards
What You Bring:
- Experience in collision repair estimating/blueprinting
- Strong knowledge of repair processes and OEM methods
- MA State Appraiser License
- Proficiency with CCC One and digital documentation
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
