We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytically driven, and relationship‑focused Manager, Sales – Key Accounts to support omnichannel sell-in and sell-through efforts across assigned U.S. department stores, specialty multi-door accounts, and licensing partner boutiques. This role is responsible for driving commercial execution across brick-and-mortar and digital channels, managing key retail partnerships, supporting financial objectives, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize sales performance, inventory optimization, and brand growth
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and execute channel-specific sales plans to achieve shipment, retail sales, and margin objectives.
- Build annual and seasonal business plans aligned with brand priorities and commercial goals.
- Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize assortments.
Account Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retail partners to drive sell-in, sell-through, and long-term account growth.
- Collaborate with retail partners on seasonal calendars, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Demand Planning to ensure seamless execution.
Forecasting & Financial Management
- Support forecasting and inventory planning by monitoring sell-in/sell-through trends and recommending inventory strategies.
- Manage account budgets, trade spend, markdowns, and chargebacks while maximizing ROI and maintaining financial discipline.
Execution & Growth
- Develop omnichannel activation plans that enhance brand visibility and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Manage multiple brands within the Primary & Boutique portfolio, tailoring strategies based on account performance and consumer insights.
- Coordinate new product launches, seasonal promotions, gift-with-purchase programs, and exclusive initiatives to ensure flawless execution.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of sales, account management, or commercial experience within the fragrance beauty or luxury goods industry.
- Experience managing department store, specialty retail, or omnichannel accounts.
