What You'll Do
- Drive dealership sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Lead and manage the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales consultants to achieve individual and team objectives
- Monitor sales activities, performance metrics, and closing ratios
- Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations teams to support overall dealership success
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to develop effective sales strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process
- Assist with deal structuring and negotiations when needed
- Monitor profitability and take decisive action to improve results
- Support dealership and organizational goals through additional leadership responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Minimum of four years of automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
