Qualifications:
- Experience with detailing is required
- Reliability, timeliness, professionalism
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service and quality work.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment is a requirement.
- Automotive enthusiasm is a plus
- A personally owned tool set is required,
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass our insurance background check
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for individuals with the ability to manage themselves and get tasks done on a timely basis.
- Complete reconditioning efficiently, safely and correctly, to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and manufacturer quality standards.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with service advisers and sales managers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
