Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the purchasing process, and ensure they have a positive experience at our dealership. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
- Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing rates.
- Provide high-end sales support by showcasing premium vehicles and features.
- Maintain accurate inventory management and control of available vehicles.
- Perform cold calling and outbound sales efforts to reach potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data efficiently.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and events.
- Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automobile or retail sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory control and sales documentation effectively.
- Strong math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing and financing options.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with polished phone etiquette.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while building rapport with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
