We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join a busy, well-established collision repair facility in the Dubuque area. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating software
· Communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
· Collaborate with technicians to develop comprehensive repair plans
· Process supplements and maintain accurate repair documentation
· Monitor repair progress to help ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience from estimate to delivery
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a collision repair estimator required
· Proficiency with collision estimating software
· Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
· Knowledge of insurance claims and DRP procedures is preferred
· A commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
