Collision Repair Estimator (with DRP Program Experience)

Are you a detail-oriented, insurance-savvy professional with proven experience in Direct Repair Programs? Join our team as a Collision Repair Estimator and help us deliver superior service while navigating insurance DRP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles; assess needed repairs, parts & materials
- Prepare accurate, detailed written estimates that comply with DRP and insurer requirements
- Serve as liaison to insurance carriers, adjusters, and vendors under DRP agreements
- Negotiate repair costs, parts, supplements, etc., with suppliers & insurers
- Work closely with techs & production to ensure DRP‐compliant repair methods, documentation & cycle time expectations
- Monitor repair progress; handle estimate adjustments & supplements in DRP workflow
- Maintain thorough documentation, photos, and records for audits & insurer review
- Stay current with DRP guidelines, insurer rules, OEM repair procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience as a collision estimator, with direct hands‐on DRP program experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance DRP workflows and requirements (adjuster interaction, supplemental claims, insurer compliance)
- Proficiency with estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license; adept at managing multiple jobs and meeting deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,517.27 - $86,246.61 per year
