Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Vehicle Lot Attendant, where you will be the friendly face ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle lot. You’ll be responsible for parking, moving, and maintaining vehicles in a safe, organized manner while providing excellent guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop automotive and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment that values enthusiasm and professionalism.
Duties
- Safely park, retrieve, and move vehicles around the lot, ensuring efficient flow and organization
- Assist guests with vehicle parking, valet services, and directions with a welcoming attitude
- Conduct outdoor inspections of the lot to ensure vehicles are secure, properly parked, and free of damage
- Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services, processing payments with attention to detail
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move or position vehicles or equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lot area, including removing debris and organizing vehicle displays
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests using clear verbal skills, including bilingual communication if applicable
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger cars; familiarity with manual transmissions is advantageous
- Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout shifts
- Experience in cash handling, retail math, or cashiering enhances your ability to manage transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse guests effectively

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
