This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the full sales operation from desking deals to inventory flow and enjoys developing people as much as driving performance. Responsibilities include desking and structuring deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a transparent positive customer experience, working closely with sales consultants throughout the deal process to close sales efficiently and professionally, overseeing lot management including merchandising vehicle placement and frontline readiness, managing vehicle reconditioning to get used inventory retail ready quickly and cost effectively, coordinating and overseeing detail operations to maintain high presentation standards, maintaining strong inventory management including stocking aging control and turn rate optimization, training coaching and developing salespeople on product knowledge sales process and customer engagement, monitoring sales performance setting goals and holding the team accountable to daily and monthly objectives, and collaborating with the Owner and other department leaders to improve overall dealership performance.
