Valley Hi Toyota – Sales Associate | Victorville, CA

Valley Hi Toyota — the #1 dealership in the High Desert — is hiring new and experienced salespeople right now. Not next month. Now.

We're one of the most active dealerships in Southern California, and we need people who are ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to make serious money doing it.

WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

You'll meet customers, build relationships, and guide people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives — and get paid well to do it. No two days are the same. If you're the kind of person who talks to strangers in line at the grocery store and actually enjoys it, you'll fit right in.

No sales experience? No problem. We have one of the most experienced sales management teams in the country and an extensive in-house training program built to make you successful from day one.

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU...

Can hold a conversation, write a decent email, and aren't afraid of the phone
Use social media and know what you're doing — your Instagram, Facebook, and video skills will help you close deals and build your personal brand
Show up with energy and leave the drama at home
Want to grow — we promote from within
Speak a second language (in the High Desert, that's a real competitive edge)
Are great on video — seriously, it sells cars

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Top performers make over $90,000 a year. Your effort drives your income. The more customers you help, the more you make — and with our inventory, traffic, and Parts & Service now open on Sundays, there's no shortage of opportunity.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive pay — top earners exceed $90,000/year
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
401K
Paid holidays and vacation
Ongoing in-house training and support
Real advancement opportunities from within
Extensive new and pre-owned Toyota inventory

REQUIREMENTS

Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Bilingual candidates and those with social media or video skills are strongly encouraged to apply.

Valley Hi Toyota is part of the Browning Automotive Group. We're growing fast, we're community-focused, and we're looking for people who want a permanent home — not just a job.
