As the primary point of contact for our clients, the Service Advisor will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives first-class service throughout the repair and maintenance process. This position requires the ability to build lasting client relationships, effectively communicate automotive service recommendations, and coordinate seamlessly with service technicians to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Accurately document customer concerns and relay information to service technicians for diagnosis and repair.
- Prepare detailed service estimates, including parts and labor, while effectively upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
- Collaborate with technicians to understand repair processes and communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues.
Skills
- Proficient in engine repair, oil change procedures, and automotive diagnostics.
- Knowledgeable in brake repair, auto body repair, and general auto service management.
- Experience in upselling services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strong background as a mechanic or in automotive sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
