A growing automotive group is seeking an experienced Parts and Service Manager to oversee our service and parts departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure service customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Supervise parts purchasing and inventory control for the parts department.
- Build relationships with sales management, service advisors, technicians, and customers.
- Take ownership of providing a positive customer experience for all customers.
- Recruit, hire and manage service advisors and technicians.
- Prioritize and assign repair orders to technicians.
- Manage customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive Parts and Service Manager Experience
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations
- Manage R.O. warranty claims
- Organized and friendly personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
